Hey guys, how's it going? This is Josh from Live Stage Chartered Accountant at WWDC CA. In a previous video blog, we talked about signing up for "My Account for Individuals" to give you access to a series of online services for your personal account. But you can also do the same thing for your business. Getting access to "My Business Account" will allow you to sign up for direct deposit, check your previous T2 returns, file T slips online, and access a whole host of other services. So, let's take a look at how to sign up for "My Business Account." Okay, first things first, go to the CRA website and type in "CRA My Business Account" in the search bar. It will be the first one in the listing. You'll notice that the page looks quite similar to the "My Account for Individuals" page. If you haven't watched the video blog on "My Account for Individuals," I recommend checking it out because it explains the two ways to log in. One is the sign-in partner login, which is through online banking or a different portal. Personally, I prefer using the standard username and password method. If you haven't registered for your own CRA user ID and password, make sure to do so before proceeding. Assuming you have already registered and have access to "My Account for Individuals," you can now click on "CRA Login" to access "My Business Account." This will take you to the login screen where you'll enter your CRA username and password. Once you've entered your user ID and password, you'll need to have your business number handy. Enter your business number, and the CRA will associate it with your social insurance number. After completing the login process, you'll be taken to the "My Business Account" screen. Here,...
